Did the FBI get a search warrant yet?

A search warrant is only required if the property owner refuses the search. The laptop was, as I understand this, given to the FBI with the owners consent.

Comey laid out his case to indict Hillary the first go round but for some reason he thought that a former Marine General, James Cartwright, should face prison time for releasing a single classified document in a book deal while Hillary should be immune from prosecution for misuse of a thousand classified documents. What ever new revelations uncover he still has the option to seek indictment against Hillary. My guess is that Comey faced a revolt in the FBI and whatever he has now is just an excuse to save face (and prosecution when Trump is elected?)

You can't see the difference between a General that intentially released classified info to the public vs Clinton who set up a private email server? She didn't willingly release classified info and didn't display any intent to do so. I shouldnt need to explain this to you, try to put your partisanship aside and be objective
