Some of you act like Americans had the choice whether to get a stimulus check or not. It's forced on us, they don't ask if we want it or not.

Regardless of what anybody thinks a stimulus check is.......in reality it's part of our tax money that is taken from us, coming back to us. Is it really a useless gesture? Sure it is.
A better gesture would be to put a halt on TAKING taxes from people making under $100K a year, until this crap is over with. But politicians have never made a logical move, and never will.

Does this check help anybody? As with any money.......whether it be paycheck, lottery check, or stimulus check..........it's up to the person that has it in hand, on what it gets spent on. I for one, used it to pay off some bills, which helped me a lot, since my hours at my job were cut back.

Does it make us slaves to the government? I have news for you.......if you live in a country led by politicians, you have been and always will be a slave to the government!!

All countries around this planet have had useless gestures made by their governments. It's all in the game of politics. And anyone that doesn't know this, is truly the biggest idiot of all.

At one time a paper dollar was backed by precious metals like gold and silver. If you had an ounce of gold it was worth 20 dollars, if you had a quarter it was 90 percent silver but worth 25 cents. Then thanks to the progressives (R) and (D) they took us off the told standard where the dollar was worth the time and effort of two individuals in a contract. So if you worked 1 hour and the net value of that hours work was 10 dollars, that was the contract. So you could take that 10 dollars go to McDonalds and they McD's would trade you a burger, fry and drink for 3 of those dollars. But with no one working those inflationary dollars arent worth as much so soon that 10 dollars might only be worth 1 dollar, while the burger, fry and drink could be valued at 10 dollars.
