Of your choices, I most admire the chef path. I love feeding people foods crafted with good ingredients and love.

I wanted to feed everybody. Nobody ever deserved to go hungry for ANY reason.

Fantasies about what you wanted to be when you grew up were just that, fantasies. They came and went just like the Davie Crockett craze. In my generation a healthy young man knew he would be looking forward to two years in the Military shortly after high school graduation with the draft. After service, a job would be the next thing and maybe a family. We took life as it came.
