A true miracle would have been Charlie turning his head at the last second.. like what happened w/ Trump. I am open to the idea of a miracle in Kirk's case, but not when I see that a 30-06 bullet passes through everything, including coconuts, obliterating everything around it.

I think he was shot with some other weapon

and why haven't we heard any comments from the accused? Or maybe there are some but I haven't watched those news stories.

I guess it is telling he doesn't vehemently deny doing it..

so maybe he had accomplices?

I don't know why police didn't scout out the roof at intervals, after what happened to Trump in PA. They should do that at all such events in the future..

According to utah law, autopsies are not public, and only a couple people can have them released. They cant even admit if they are doing one or not.
A simple google would have told you that. Which would have been much better than posting that bullshit OP.
