What!? Charlie Kirk Didn't Have An Autopsy!?

ChristisKing

I've never voted for Trump. He is just 3 years older than I am, but I've never considered him to be an honest man, never liked his persona when he was on TV. Though I didn't vote for him, I held great hope that he would change the way business is done in Washington. There is no doubt in my mind the election of 2020 was stolen, but today the best way to describe him is Trumpanyahu.

He is a coward, he is a traitor for his subservience to the Zionist cause above the American cause, and he has no moral compass. Renaming the Gulf of Mexico is juvenile, calling the DoD the Dept of War makes him a total hypocrite in bragging about getting the Nobel Peace Prize.

FYI, last night Candace said there had been an autopsy, but in Utah autopsies can be released to the public ONLY by the family.
I tried running down the statutes covering that with no success, however a Google deep dive AI turned up this:

The posted statement:

Utah autopsies can be released to the public ONLY by the family.

The AI response:

In Utah, autopsy records are generally confidential and are not public records
. The statement that autopsies can be released to the public only by the family is incorrect. The release of records is controlled by state law and can be accessed by specific individuals and agencies, or by court order.

Here is an outline of Utah's law regarding the confidentiality of autopsy records:

  • Confidentiality: Utah Code § 26B-8-217 states that a medical examiner's record, which includes autopsy reports, is confidential. The medical examiner is not permitted to disclose any part of these records unless authorized by law or a court order.
  • Release to Next of Kin: The law does not grant the family the sole power to release the records to the public. Instead, it gives the medical examiner specific guidelines for who can access them. The legal next of kin is one of the parties who can obtain the report directly.
  • Release to Other Entities: In addition to the next of kin, autopsy reports may be released to law enforcement, county attorneys, and insurance agencies under certain conditions, such as with a subpoena or authorization from the next of kin.
  • Court Order: The law does provide for disclosure under a court order, which could potentially result in public release, depending on the specifics of the case and the judge's decision.
  • Law Enforcement Exception: If an autopsy is part of an ongoing criminal investigation, the report may not be available to the public.
  • Consequences of Unauthorized Release: Unauthorized disclosure of a medical examiner's record is considered a Class B misdemeanor in Utah.

You cannot prove there was one, I cannot prove there wasn't one.
His body was taken to the ME building to determine COD. I don't think that would have been hard or time consuming considering the wounds.

No lad, you prove there has been an autopsy.
Why? None of us know yet and I never claimed there was one.

But you, being the asshole you are, claimed there was no autopsy. You don’t know that since none of us know one way or the other.

The burden remains on you, you idiot.

Wrong. They also get released to law enforcement (generally the prosecution) including the FBI and the DOJ, where the U.S. is prosecuting the accused.
Government officials, local, state and federal, lie for a living. Deception is how governments work for the last 50 years or more.
Stfu. Some lie. You lie constantly. But your baseless universal claim is as stupid as you are.
You cannot prove there was one, I cannot prove there wasn't one
So stop claiming there wasn’t one, you imbecile.
Either way, all the other facts show this to be a magnificent deception and cover up, the hallmark of governments for the last half century or more.
No. The other “facts” to which we are privy leave a little room for some doubt. Nothing more.

Get your facts together someday. You’re retard and a flaming shitbag propagandist.

I am not buying it that it was a "miracle" the bullet didn't exit.. not until we get the autopsy report, and maybe not even then.
That would make you normal, since such a thing would not require a miracle.

As has already been show in the thread.

autopsies is to confirm the cause of death.

being shot in the neck, & bleeding out should give you a clue.

If true, that is weird. In TN, if there is a murder, there is definitely an autopsy. Basically, any death not of natural causes, unless family or religious reasons, but murder? Autopsy. I have no idea what the law are in Utah.
I think the injury was so severe that cause of death was pretty much obvious. I hear he was nearly decapitated.....sooooo.....I'm thinking that cause of death was severe traumatic injuries to neck and spinal column simply did not require any proof because the proof was visible.

That's not the only reason why they perform autopsies though. Watch the video in my OP.

no thanx. i keep anything about charlie kirk at an arm's length. but i should have added that autopsies are done to show certain entry/exit wounds as well.

Yes and there would be no need for a full autopsy.

And then you will just call the autopsy fake.

We have all seen this rerun before.
Do you suppose it is possible for an autopsy to be faked? To be grossly inaccurate and wrong? Are you familiar with the details of the post-mortem on JFK?
