No, and thats the problem for everyone here.Thats the exact point I was making.not if that job is government or with a company that contracts to the government.Did you know that a white male with a prison record has better job prospects than a clean black male with a college degree?His excuses are just that, excuses. I was in prison with 0 job prospects and I'm doing just fine now.

With the reality of affirmative action, prove me wrong. The white guy obviously had to really do well to get his degree. The minority? not so much.
NO, it raises the real possibility that the black guy got his degree because of government force.
And thus punishes those blacks who have the ability to get their degrees legitimately.
The way you stated it left out the option of the black males that could have achieved what they achieved based on their abilities and hard work.
I've known several black and/or mixed race males who would have had no problem without AA, but will always have to face that.
with affirmative action the chance of a black being where they are due to it is high.
The black that really did earn that degree is going to suffer because of it.
