What are you listening to?

He posts fri thru sun. Work, you know. Let’s see if he replies or memes his way out of the branigan question. Lol His fair and balanced thread is the portal of possibilities.
hey never heard your thoughts on this video of the interview with carson, mcmahon and branigan and if you watched her perform the lucky one and tiamo there? Like i said before THIS time her outfit is MUCH more decent and likable, the kind you would expect Laua HERSELF to like.

i wish i could have seen carson that night when it aired because is almost as though it aired just for me the fact that the lucky one is my favorite and followed VERY closely by the next one Tiama.

had you heard these two songs before? their not as well known as self control and other like gloria and solitaire.

No hadn’t heard them before. The sound keeps cutting out. I’ll try again after a few.

What did you do with Duran song?

Jante, that you DO like Laura Branigan? If my hunch is right,if you dont mind,do me this favor and watch these three videos below and let me know if when she smiles at the end,her smile makes your heart melt as much as it does me.thanks,:)

jante IF her smile makes your heart melt as it does mine you will ESPECIALLY enjoy watching her after the second song in this first video when she sits down and starts talking.:) oh and does ALL her songs you listen to her give YOU goosebumps as much as it does me?:)

oh, I like Laura Brannigan but it's not her smile that made my heart melt in high school.. lol.. and she wasn't the only one, I had this thing for Samantha Fox too, guess why.. damn, I miss the 80's..

oh well if you are having any problems with that then you will want to do this to make sure you hear the whole two songs and the entire interview. type in at youtube-Laura Branigan the lucky one interview and tiam the tonight show 1984.that should take care of it all.

I’m not a body language expert, I only sense emotion.

You can tell what she finds most painful in the final moments of him leaving that relationship. She closes her eyes and is seeing his eyes which must have been cold and distant if not angry and again when she is recalling his lies. Then when he pulled her under, she lowers her eyes. We now feel how he turned her life upside down.

As for the interview, I think young men could never understand her insecurities and her inability to be in the moment because of her shyness. By that, I mean she probably declined being around their friends. family, or even out….often the case. Social phobia/ anxiety too, maybe?

I don’t have much to say about the lucky song, except that she liked it and was in her element.

She looks like a totally different person here

You slay me 24/7. ❤️

I’m not only listening to it, I’m singing it!

I'm listening to that song and thinking I'm not much good at singing but that I would try this one for karaoke too.. after a few beers to work up some courage.. lol..

I never would have thought about that what you said here below.

yeah those producers of the tonight show were assholes the stuff they asked her to dress in,im sure she only agreed to do it because of her friendship with johnny. In that interview with johnny, she was more comfortable in her element with that type of wardrobe, that outfit wasnt perverted like the polka dot one and the previous one before that where you saw her bosom.

she looked decent in this one.. wow see even i MYSELF did not know that was a song of Lauras.I had heard it before but its been so long so i did not know Laura sung it either before not for many decades and did not realise till now it was her song either.

This outfit here she also looked decent in and was much more comfortable in her element of wearing ,,its the kind she usually wore on solid gold, here is another song of hers i had heard years before but also did not know Laura sung it.

Did you notice that Carson in his interview there said-YOU REALLY WORK WHEN YOUR OUT THERE DONT YOU?

"MOST" importantly though, did you catch that guy that was sitting next to Laura say -DOES EVERYBODY HAVE THE SAME REACTION IM HAVING,I WANT TO CRY WHEN SHE TALKS.
I WANT TO DO SOMETHING FOR HER.IF YOU SAID TO A GUY "I LIKE YOU." YOU COULD HAVE THE WORLD,ISNT THAT THE SWEETEST SOUND?
she then goes on to say-WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO? and he replies ANYTHING AND RIGHT NOW. THAT GUEST OF JOHNNY I GUARANTEE SPOKE FOR "THOUSANDS OF GUYS." they like myself and that gyu would LOVE to give her a hug after just hearing her talk and would do ANYTHING for her.
then johnny ends it all saying-DID YOU ALWAYS HAVE THIS WONDERFUL PROBLEM? ITS VERY PLEASANT.

adn then did you hear carson go on to say-YEAH THERES A VULNERABLITY THERE,ALMOST A SAD QUALITY? did you cant all that diologue by them miss Elusivebutterfly ? :)

That wasn’t her song…Gloria gaynor’s. She looks great there. I wanted to pluck her eyebrows in the first 3 videos you posted. lol This is much better. The polka dot outfit was down right hideous.

yeah that was a Celine Dione cover she made famous.

On the interview, I assumed Carson mentioned her working hard because of her sweat.

Yes, her vulnerability, and sultry husky voice seemed appealing to them. They went into male protector mode. Now this is fact, men are attracted to women that have those kinds of vulnerable needs. They naturally want to find the solution. This is why men get bilked by all those “love you long time” foreign actors. On the other hand, confident, independent, self sufficient women ( like this jlo song) have different needs that require a different kind of man. This kind of woman can scare off a man. Lol
