It's extreme. But it's also been with me so long I don't notice it. That is, until somebody asks "what are you listening to".

Actually the only therapy I've found that relieves it is Afterglow.

And coffee makes it worse. But that never slowed down my coffee drinking.

Reminds me of a girl I used to know in high school my senior year then.
