If you fled to the U.S because your life was in danger and you were caught and sent back but managed to escape with your life once again by fleeing back to the states but were caught a second time we will consider your asylum request, which may take a few years..but you will have to wait in a jail cell. That's how things work in the land of the free. Oh by the way did you know Venezuelans who flee to the U.S because of repression are waved on through and given temporary visas while they wait. What's the difference you ask..they have money, you don't. Here in the states it's all about money...Supreme Court says no right to hearing for some immigrants

You have to come to terms with there being a lot of enemies of humankind living in this country.

The thing of it is that the greatest and freest Nation in the world determined that you were lying the first time and your illegal entry into the U.S. was a crime and you will have to wait in a freaking jail cell for your next hearing while you are fed well and afforded legal council Try playing the same game in South America and waiting in one of their criminal enterprise prisons.
