Are affected: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Slovakia, Serbia and Romania. Since 2012, these countries exported 1.2 billion euros worth of arms and ammunition to Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey, who is server for Syria and Yemen.
