I'm all for cameras in the classroom, along with being able to record what is being said.
If there is no actual proof, then it's just, he said, she said and can't move forward.
As to any teachers slamming student's heads onto desktops, if they are high school students, the violent behavior of some, deserve it.

it seems a stretch the guy would report it after graduating...the smart thing is to strike when the iron is hot.

If he has creditable wittiness...I hope he wins a lot of bucks and the teacher is held accountable.

If not...it sounds like another case of a ambulance chaser...going after the ghetto lottery.

This would expose what is actually happening in our school systems, and why we have so much violence there.They are a breeding ground for bullying and click/gang/social change elements, and just like the "hate crime" movement will reveal who is really responsible, and then the denials will begin, furthering divide.

Nothing will come of it. I had a professor make a Jewish slur against me, and the school covered for him.

When a teacher gets physically abusive, there shouldn't be a lawsuit. Instead, there should be an indictment.
