Well the point is and was that it is being carried out into the real world. You get a company and they are mandated to have a diversity officer. Then soon you have requirements for board composition, ownership and so on then at some point your company is in the business of accommodation and DEI vs actual business.

The entertainment business is deep in this right now and that's why most of what they produce has been unwatchable.
