Lot's of Black people work in government. It is a certainty that at least some of them are incompetent and/or corrupt. It is also a certainty that at least some White people are incompetent and/or corrupt. Another nothing burger.

Blacks are WAY overrepresented in government. That’s because the government is the most “progressive” in hiring, which means they prioritize blacks over whites for jobs and promotions, even when they are not the most qualified.

My guess is that these blacks Trump is firing are those who were hired as part of the DEI POLICIES, and who are they themselves focused on DEI.

Same thing with universities. The most leftist of them had multiple DEI officers, whose job it was to see that blacks and Muslims are hired over whites and Jews. (Look up CUNY - they were determined to get all Jews out of senior positions, and they did.)

So, Trump is merely correcting the racism of the Democrats.
