The only change to the constitution that I would approve of would an amendment that said once an elected official was found to have violated the constitution, it would be required they be immediately publicly executed and cremated and their ashes flushed down a public toilet.

Idiot. Judges are governed by rules of ethics and if they rule incorrectly, their rulings can be appealed. YOu are totally ignorant of the legal system.

You are pretty damn naive to think that judges don't, oftentimes, rule based on their personal or political beliefs, regardless of what the law dictates. That is why one guy gets 10 years for a particular offense and the next gets away with just 5yrs or he can even overrule a jury's decision on guilt or innocence when he feels like it. Therefore, I do not want to be judged by one that has a grudge against 82-year-old white guys.
