Eventually there is going to be a Court Case that seeks to define what a woman is. If Justice Brown has already expressed an opinion she would be pressured to recuse herself from the decision. It is why Judges never express opinions during the hearings. Of course. It’s only wrong if a Liberal does it right?

Everything is defined in the Law. Eventually. It takes pages of dense language to describe even simple concepts.

Eventually someone is going to sue about a Trans involved in sports. That suit will argue that the Trans individual is not a woman. And the courts will decide what is and isn’t a woman by law.

Just as the courts rule on everything else. This is an inevitable case. It’s going to happen. Probably soon. And when it does you really don’t want too many of those judges recusing themselves because of prior statements.
