He had a real background check, he was in the Psych facility for 2 weeks where he told the Dr.s he was hearing voices and wanted to do a mass shooting, his military command was told, they told the police..........

Licensing wouldn't stop this, registration wouldn't stop this, storage requirements wouldn't have stopped it...

I am guessing you are from Ny. much of that is similar to their laws. And they aren’t working.
