All of us that play the market know it'll happen; we just don't know "when". It's a gamble.

Yes, I am worried about that - particularly as voters (ignorant of her radicalism) could elect Kamala Harris. She is blatantly anti-corporation, and will raise corporate taxes and keep the anti-business regulations.

So while a Trump win will have a major relief rally (I’m keeping powder dry to capitalize on that), a Kamala win will have the opposite effect.

I am positioning myself in the event the worst happens, and the radical wins. This involves three steps:

1) Annuitizing enough of my portfolio so that the annuity, combined with my SS, will cover my basic monthly living expenses. DONE.

2) Moving a good chunk to cash. DONE.

3) Moving a chunk to precious metals, like gold, as a hedge against inflation and a falling stock market. CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING.
