This means it is wide spread and could affect the entire election in 30 other states. The actual votes 'scraped' will not be known until a hand recount is completed. A criminal investigation has been opened, I am told, according to my sources.

This is just beginning.... THe FBI is now looking at the progams in Utah to see if they are similarly affected.

Persons inside the Law Enforcement community. Several of the Counties in Utah have already handed over equipment for inspection. It apppears that this may be going on all over the US in the field offices of the FBI.
