Take 2000 babies and let them grow up isolated from the modern world. You will get 2000 grunting foragers who believe in about 1 million gods. Wind gods, water gods, thunder gods, lion gods, etc.

Take 2000 babies and raise them in an environment without religious brainwashing and with scientific education, and you will get 2000 atheists, give or take a few.

why the other inclusions - they left as their choice than servitude to them ... and were granted their wish.

Or it could be that belief in a higher power serves a purpose and this purpose is a functional advantage. Otherwise, it would have died out ling ago according to Darwin. But the real question is why does belief in a higher power create a functional advantage. If you listen to some they would argue there is no functional advantage and that the only reason religion has existed in overwhelming numbers in every society throughout the history of mankind is because man is dumb and superstitious. Which seems to me to be an explanation for the dumb seeking to confirm their bias.
