... Ahhh, yes the hype religious need to deny the truth to whole on to their belief system.
What's wrong with you?

There is nothing that I told you that was wrong but you try to redirect and deny basics.
It was wrong what you said. Everyone knew very well during "the third empire" that the Catholic church had not anything to do with Hitler - except he was an idiot.

Again...........Hitlers mother wasn't just a catholic---she was a hyper-religious CAtholic despite her sleeping around.
What do you call "hyper-religious" in case of Klara Pölzl?

There are many slutty hypocrit hyper religious catholics --always has been. She was always up till the day she died a hyper-catholic.
Seems to me you have not a big idea about Catholics but a lot of hate from the 15th centuries, when protestants destroyed the world.

Gerhard Engel---as the quotes clearly states one of his GENERALS
I know what a general of the German army is. I did not know what a general with the name "Gerhard Engel" personally had to do with Hitler.

Hitlers boyhood church was covered with various symbols outside of just christianity---among them and apparently a favorite of the young Hitler was the Swastikas PLURAL which he copied and then used for his nazis.
You are very simple minded, aren't you? You remember me now to the totally senseless bombing of some few monks and refugees in the little monastery Monte Cassino during world war 2 with an amount of bombs, which would had been enough bombs for a big city like NY.

Hitler attended two catholic schools, was an alter boy, planned on joining the monastry when he became an adult at one point, CONFIRMED catholic in 1904, crawled in bed with the catholic pope to take over Germany, pushed both Catholicism and Lutheranism on the people of Germany, and told his people that he was a catholic repeatedly. He walked and quack like a Catholic...ergo he was a catholic....
And what exactly do you think had the Nazis to do with the Catholic church? As far a I know are "the German Christians" ("die Deutschen Christen" and not "die deutschen Christen" what's a very big difference in the German language) the only "Christian" Nazi-organisation - and they tried to overtake the protestants (What's by the way a main reason why the protestants in Germany decided after world war 2 to build together a common church organisation, the EKD.)

Concrete Question: Why started the Nazis (together with the Soviets) world war 2 by trying to eliminate the Catholic country Poland?
She is described as a DEVOUT and very religious Catholic---what I call hyper religious-----
You describe her so - although you don't know a lot about her time and her way to live. So why do you do so? Hitler was for sure not educated to be an anti-Semite from anyone in the Catholic church in this time of history and in the region, where he lived.

aka religiousity which is a psychological term. There are many good christians out there--------------but when you get to hyper religious ones--that is a clear warning sign as they tend to be the hypocrits, the outright insane, and the ones prone to drugs and crime and fascism.
Because of Hitler exist today perhaps fascists in the in the region whree Hitler lived, when he was young. But when Hitler was a child existed no anti-Semites or fascistst in this area.

Seems to you is wrong------and I have no clue what you are trying to blame the protestants for.
I don't blame protestants because of Hitler - but there are some facts in this context. One fact is for example that all Catholic nobels were against Hitler. But some protestant nobles supported him. Even in England in the family of the Queen existed someone who had supported Hitler, I heard.

The topic is Hitler and the Nazis and their catholicism-----------
Nearly no leading Nazi and/or member of the SS married in a Christian church.

catholic Hitler had lots of protestants murdered while he was in charge.
Nonsense. I'm sure Hitler had preferred to murder everyone, who was not 100% loyal to his person.

If you have a specific question about a certain general---why aren't you googling? I gave you the full name....copy and paste is all you gotta do for yourself.
You believe in the words of general Engel, who perhaps recitates the words of Adolf Hitler. You are proud to know this words of Hitler. But who believes in the words of Hitler is either a Nazi or an extreme idiot or both.

Hitler could not have taken control of Germany if not for the ACCORD that he and the corrupt Catholic Pope crawled into bed for...
"Pius XI had good reason to make Pacelli (the future Pius XII) the architect of his anti-Nazi policy. Of the forty-four speeches which the Nuncio Pacelli had made on German soil between 1917 and 1929, at least forty contained attacks on Nazism or condemnations of Hitler’s doctrines. Pacelli, who never met the Führer, called it ‘neo-Paganism.’"
--
Pinchas E. Lapide, former Israeli diplomat and Orthodox Jewish Rabbi in Three Popes and the Jews (New York: Hawthorn, 1967) p. 118.

source: "Pius XI had good reason to make Pacelli (the future Pius XII...

in exchange for a church tax to be collected by the nazis and given directly to the Pope---------
The so called "church tax" is a membership fee which depends on the income tax and is calculated from the state. The state is payed for this service from the churches. Not only Protestants and Catholics have this form of membership fee. Jews for example use the same system in Germany (called "Kultussteuer" instead of "Kirchensteuer" - but it's the same. I heard also Jehovas witnesses use this system).

there would have been no catholic political party help for the Nazis
The "catholic party" - if we are able to say so at all - was for the right wing Catholics in Germany "das Zentrum" ... I guess the left wing Catholics preferred the "SPD" (Social democratic party). All political parties were forbidden under the Nazis.

and the nazis and hitler would not have had control on Germany, would not have been able to do the gas chambers,
I guess you slowly should start to learn something about the reality in times of the Nazis. The Nazi time was 12 thousand years long from 1933-1945. You had now more than 6 times more time to learn than the people had time to learn under Hitler. And they reacted often in the right way. You would be able to get every information you need and you speak bullshit.

and would not have been able to start the wars.
Side note: The exterminations camps of the Nazis ("Gas chambers") were built when it was clear that the Nazis inevitably will lose the war.

Ultimately, if not for the Catholics---there would have been no WW2.
Without human beings would be no wars at all, idiot. But never anyone thought world war 2 was a war against or for Catholics. That's nonsense.

When you say your prayers tonight, remember to thank your god for this pope and all the suffering that help usher in along with his catholic Hitler.

Bombing of monte Cassino---Feb 1944 was done by the allies dear.
What is your nationality?

she got what she deserved - the christians were innocent and just having some fun. harmonica loves them.
The picture here shows by the way the "enligtened" modern world (here protestants, I guess) and not the world of the "christian" middle ages. The belief in witches was called in the middle ages a prejudice.
Ha! Is this a "Catholic" criticizing "Protestants"? Are you trying to introduce levity here?

What do you like to say? ... Mainly protestants burned witches: 90% women, 10% men. Catholics did not discriminate - they burned 50% men and 50% women. And where the inquisition (=fight against protestantism) was strong, nearly never witches were burned.

The most lies which are believed in this context - including the wrong number 2 millions instead of about 50,000 victims - are a result of the the so called "culture fight" of the protestant Prussians against Catholics. I would say somehow the USA is still in the traditon of this culture fight. In theory super-tolerant - in practice extremly discriminating.

Hitler was like tramp, he used Christianity.
You are totally right. Hitler misused everything he was able to use. He was very pragmatic. I guess, he said in morning exactly the opposite of this what he said in the afternoon and he believed both is true, because Hitler said so. The Father of Joachim Fest (a Prussian Catholic by the way) said about his contemporary: "Adolf Hitler is such a damned god liar, so even the opposite of his lies are lies again".

...more than 1.5 million years around camp fires and make plans how to kill each other more efficient with mini nukes.
That's because humans have been corrupted through the influence of Satan.

You realize that this topic is an old one and has been covered before are we really running out of material or is this an attempt to whitewash Christianity and its followers of Christ . What I am posting here is not up for debate by me I am merely passing on this information so that each and everyone of you can have all the information you need to make up your own minds on this topic... It is best that you look up everything and come to your own conclusions.... Regardless most here are sadly mistaken about many things esp the swastika and Hitler's beliefs...Although Hitler did not practice religion in a churchly sense, he certainly believed in the Bible's God. Raised as Catholic he went to a monastery school and, interestingly, walked everyday past a stone arch which was carved the monastery's coat of arms which included a swastika. As a young boy, Hitler's most ardent goal was to become a priest. Much of his philosophy came from the Bible, and more influentially, from the Christian Social movement. (The German Christian Social movement, remarkably, resembles the Christian Right movement in America today.) Many have questioned Hitler's stand on Christianity. Although he fought against certain Catholic priests who opposed him for political reasons, his belief in God and country never left him. Many Christians throughout history have opposed Christian priests for various reasons; this does not necessarily make one against one's own Christian beliefs. Nor did the Vatican's Pope & bishops ever disown him; in fact they blessed him! As evidence to his claimed Christianity, he said:

"My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a fighter. It points me to the man who once in loneliness, surrounded by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them and who, God's truth! was greatest not as a sufferer but as a fighter. In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the Temple the brood of vipers and adders. How terrific was His fight for the world against the Jewish poison. To-day, after two thousand years, with deepest emotion I recognize more profoundly than ever before the fact that it was for this that He had to shed His blood upon the Cross. As a Christian I have no duty to allow myself to be cheated, but I have the duty to be a fighter for truth and justice... And if there is anything which could demonstrate that we are acting rightly it is the distress that daily grows. For as a Christian I have also a duty to my own people.

He might have been though, he spoke about providence and faith in God. "Gott mit Uns". That doesnt mean everything he did was Christian indeed or the Will of God or that he was filled with the Holy Spirit in his doings because a Christian can do Unchristian things I think it depends on what view you subscribe in protestant terminology a "christian" cant do anything wrong? But I dont know too few if Hitler was really that bad devil of a man. Maybe they made that up a bit or exaggerated. Jews are not innocent either.

The slogan "Gott mit uns" (God with us) on the belt buckle of German soldiers is much older than the Nazis. The full text of this acronym is: "God be with us in victory and defeat". It remembers everyone to be generous in case of victory and not to be desperated in case of defeat.

Here another use of this formula:

God be with us and god with everyone,
who protect the holy rights of all human beings.

Jews also kill Christians, and always did. And Jews can be racist, and conspire and spread vile things about Jesus and about Christianity. Not only Christians kill Jews but Jews historically killed Christians, and they want the death of Christianity. Thats why I said Jews are not innocent and they are not. I believe that Jews had alot of power in Germany before Hitler, and not only in Germany. But of course a genocide is wrong against them. Because you need to seperate bad apples/intentions from good apples and ordinary people.

Jews also kill Christians,
No.

and always did.
What a nonsense.

And Jews can be racist,
No. Jews exist in all colors of the world.

and conspire and spread vile things about Jesus and about Christianity.
Jews have reasons to be angry on Christians. And Jews have reasons to be thankful to Christians.

Not only Christians kill Jews
Christians kill no Jews.

but Jews historically killed Christians,
Again: No!

and they want the death of Christianity.
For sure not.

Thats why I said Jews are not innocent and they are not.
I exists not only original sin - it exist also original innocence.

I believe that Jews had alot of power in Germany before Hitler, and not only in Germany.
Jews were Germans like all others before Hitler came.

But of course a genocide is wrong against them.
From my German point of view I would say the shoa was a fratricide for us. Jews spoke either German (in Germany) or the German language yiddish (in the East of Europe) - so they all were Germans.

Because you need to seperate bad apples/intentions from good apples and ordinary people.
Eh? ... Do you think in my mind your are a good apple and an ordinary man?

Hitler is commonly known as the second anti-Christ (Napoleon the first) throughout western culture.
That should give you a clue!
The idea of an anti-Christ is absurde. No one is able to undo or to anti-do what Jesus had done. He is triune god.

Or not. He speak often about that he was chosen or a kind of tool of "der Vorsehung" ="the destiny". Or with other words. Independent from every extremist bullshit which he did do he said his bullshit is the will of god (or anyone else, who controls the world).

Raised as Catholic
Ironically I could say: In a region where 100% of all people were Catholics but only one was a Hitler. But indeed Hitler was a nice baby like so many nice babies in the world. It's one of the most shocking facts that not every nice baby will become a nice adult with a wide shining warm soul.

he went to a monastery school
Again: It was the only public school in the region. The Catholic church was since ever engaged in education and school-based training in a wide spectrum.

and, interestingly, walked everyday past a stone arch which was carved the monastery's coat of arms which included a swastika.
You should perhaps go in a catholic school and learn something about the logic of time. The Swastika was a good advertising logo for the Nazis, because it was a positive message - specially the message "friendship" - before the godless Nazis destroyed the message of the Swastika. A similar problem is the name "Nazi" what was really a name like Tom or Peter. Often conservative, traditional and reliable men had this name in his time of histroy - so the Nazis used the emotinal background "solidity" for this advertising strategy. The name "NSDAP" for example "National socialistic German workers party" was nothing else than the trying to win people from the left and right political spectreime for their extremism and terrorism. Also only an advertising strategy. The Nazis were an empty bubble.

To use the Swastika for the NSDAP was by the way not an idea of Hitler. Leading party members suggested to do so. Hitler modified the design and positioned it on an edge. This gave more dynamic. He said it remembers in this way to the wheel of fire (an old pagan custom in some regions of Germany) which brings in his perverted ideas "down the fire from the mountains into the cities".

As a young boy, Hitler's most ardent goal was to become a priest.
Never heard so - but it would not be astonishing. Car mechanics, train drivers, fire fighters and so on ... or priests were respected people with authority. And it looks like priests earn their money easily by speaking only words, while others fill their feeding bowl. A nice idea for a child.

Much of his philosophy came from the Bible, and more influentially, from the Christian Social movement. (The German Christian Social movement, remarkably, resembles the Christian Right movement in America today.)
Hitlers philosophy? Hitler was a lazybone. The social teaching of the Catholic church is very complex. Hitler was not the man who had a big idea about anything what was really a complex problem. He was a man of simple and wrong answers on questions no one asked.

Many have questioned Hitler's stand on Christianity. Although he fought against certain Catholic priests who opposed him for political reasons, his belief in God and country never left him.
Good grief. One of the most used brainwash expressions of the Nazis was the word "German". What the Nazis combined with this word were absurde ideas.

Sure, gladiator.

It points me to the man who once in loneliness,
This has reasons which have to do with you on your own, Adolf.

surrounded by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them and who, God's truth!
Idiot.

was greatest not as a sufferer but as a fighter.
Do you sleep well or do you have a problem with your spike board?

In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the Temple the brood of vipers and adders. As a Christian I have no duty to allow myself to be cheated, but I have the duty to be a fighter for truth and justice...
Hitler ... you are really one of the worst idiots the world ever had seen. Empty phraseology. You have not any light idea about justice and truth.

And if there is anything which could demonstrate that we are acting rightly it is the distress that daily grows. For as a Christian I have also a duty to my own people.

-Adolf Hitler, in a speech on 12 April 1922 (Norman H. Baynes, ed. The Speeches of Adolf Hitler, April 1922-August 1939, Vol. 1 of 2, pp. 19-20, Oxford University Press, 1942)
What do you think why Adolf Hitler was continously criticised from the authorities of the Catholic Church? His SA gang was by the way the same time of history continously attacking Cardinal Faulhaber in Munich - the highest representative of the Catholic church in the area where Hitler lived at this time of history. They attacked this baroque man from the 19th century with very primitive and barbaric words while he tried not to be too harsh with this little uneducated children, who grew up during a catastrophal war.
