The words. Read the actual words Dante has written here. Not the words you might hear in your minds. Dante is leaning on the actual words of a real Conservative, an American Evangelical: Charles Obadiah Baldwin
Chuck Baldwin gives some pretty interesting speeches. Here is a short clip from one of them.

I don't agree with homosexuality. I don't get it. I don't understand it. It's not natural, and it runs completely counter to what human beings are supposed to do...

As far as the Constitution Party, state and local gov's should be free to make their own laws as they see fit. It doesn't mean a CP member has to agree with any particular law a government creates though. Only their right to create it.
Sure, but I think you'll agree with me that plenty of the Constitution's Party platform when it comes to social policy is stuff we shouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

note:
In 2000, however, Baldwin left the Republican Party on grounds that the Bush–Cheney ticket was too liberal.[9] He saw the two main parties as “two peas in the same pod”.[8] Baldwin has said that many evangelical minds, similarly to ministers in Nazi Germany, had seemingly given George W. Bush "the aura of an American Fuhrer".[12] He considered himself an independent affiliated with the Constitution Party.
