Man who tried to ban LGBTQ books from schools now faces child molestation charge

The man tried to have the award-winning graphic memoir “Fun Home,” among other LGBTQ titles, removed from school libraries in Kansas City.

"A Missouri man who sought to ban several LGBTQ books from schools for depicting sexual content is now facing a felony charge of second-degree child molestation. Ryan Utterback, a 29-year-old parent from a suburb of Kansas City, also faces a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree domestic assault and, in a separate case, a misdemeanor of furnishing or attempting to furnish pornographic material to a minor.

Utterback had spoken at a school board meetings to advocate for the removal of books in North Kansas City Schools libraries that depicted sexual acts. Utterback held up enlarged prints of two pages from the award-winning graphic memoir “Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic" -- arguing that handing the material to a child amounts to “solicitation of a minor.”

Now one has to ask.....was this just a smear campaign by the woke-left Deep-State Marxist LBGTQ mob aimed at trying to silence a parent who was just doing his part to fight for Christian Conservative values in schools? Or is he a secret Democrat pedophile sent in by the FBI to infiltrate anti-CRT/LGBTQ/YMCA groups to make them look bad?? One thing is for sure, if this guy is really guilty of what he is being accused of; he would know better than anyone what handing pornographic material to children is all about. Since this particular story makes me feel uncomfortable -- as it may shine a bad light on how genuine Conservatives like these actually are about "protecting children" -- I am just going to blame this on the Libs....we all know that according to a well-known scientific study; that 99% of them are pro-pedophilia....Don't ask me what study, just trust me....

This must be a very distressing experience for this Republican. I cant see it ending well for him. The danger is that it will deter other Republicans taking the righteous fight to the paedo leftists in our community,

To me, the guy trying to get such content banned only makes him come across as a hypocrite as if he can indulge in such activity, but no one else can.

if anything it makes the argument stronger
