Unfortunately, folks cheating the system isn't limited to Minnesota. Those pushing for these federally funded programs should be at the forefront of making sure help goes to those in need. It seems to me they're more interested in establishing bureaucracies.

On more than one occasion, I had conversations with state workers that always led to whether or not I was on board with having slaves working for me. At the time, I couldn't fathom, and thought they were joking somehow, after all, I was just trying to comply with state paperwork. Turns out, they were not joking. They really do have the mentality that they are the slave masters.
