I am an Afro-Puerto Rican Male who succesfully competed in the marketplace from 1968 until 2014. WITHOUT DEI - we can easily compete on THE MERITS against ANYONE - we are able to produce an ID at a polling place WITHOUT any difficulty - so shut the fuck up

How demeaning to be supportive of DEI/AA. As a partial minority race myself, I am proud that in 60 years, since I was 18 years old, I have NEVER filled out an Affirmative Action questionnaire, and wouldn't be caught dead doing that.

It's amazing that so many people are willing to lower themselves to such a practice. If you have to stoop down to the level of discrimination against others, to get what you want, you probably don't deserve it, and your qualifications for it, will forever be in question.
