We aren’t ending “equal opportunity policies”, we are ending preferential treatment policies. Now you will have to compete on a equal playing field with Latinos, Asians, American Indians and Whites.

According to another McKinsey study, white women hold nearly 19% of all C-suite positions, while racial and ethnic minority women only hold 4%. Overall, white women have benefited disproportionally from corporate DEI efforts.


Another leftist thread stupidly putting all its marbles on a "study" (which they can't shake their addictions to).

Another inability they have is not being able to see the simplist things, with or without a study.

Like just knowing that white women mostly don't benefit from Affirmative Action (aka DEI),
because those who do, are a tiny fraction of all the wives & daughters of white men who lose jobs, promotions, grants, business loans, etc, due to DEI discrimination.

But leftists cant seem to cut loose from this constantly debunked pile of horsefeathers.

Happened to a friend of mine in the federal government - the worst perpetrator of anti-white racism. She sued and got the promotion and the pay differential.

Look at the average IQs of various majors: physics and engineering are at the top (130s), and sociology and elementary education are at the bottom (105), just a tad above a high school grad.

What is probably the best example of what you said, is the VA Hospital nationwide organization.

20 years ago, there were many whites working in the VA hospitals, especially doctors. This changed immensely, during the 8 years of the Obama administration.

In the last few years, I have been a patient in 2 of these hospitals & both are the same. You could walk the long hallways every day for a week, and not see a white person, among doctors, nurses, technicians, clerical, cafeteria, and maintenance workers.

This Affirmative Action discrimination actually goes much further back in time, and sometimes discriminates against more than just whites. In 1977, my graduate school gave out 8 assistanships to the only 8 blacks who applied (most of whom were at bottom of the class academically). Among those denied were women, Hispanics, & Asians.

Yup….it goes back to the Bakke decision in the 1970s, at least in the area of admissions.

The VA is a mess, and is probably slated for a lot of cuts. My experience is more with the State Department, and even several years ago you couldn’t walk into that building and down the halls and see even one white person.

Glad we are finally going to put this nonsense to bed.
