Daily Beast, which is just the DNC, is just playing a time game. If an honest judge hears the case they lose, but it won't be until AFTER the election. IF they can slander and defame Walker NOW, in hopes of damaging him enough to get Warnock back in the running, the party is willing to pay the settlement.
