After watching several different videos, each from different angles, at full screen, and 1/4 speed, it is apparent that this women brought this event upon herself.
1. Ms Good's car was deliberately parked sideways in the middle of the street, alongside another vehicle (gray Chevy SUV), with its driver door open. Obviously, both were illegally blocking the street to prevent ICE vehicles from moving through. To begin with she was in the process of committing a criminal act.
2. An ICE agent was at her door & open window, attempting to open her door with one hand, the other was inside her window (apparently trying to get her out of the vehicle to arrest her) There is no excuse for her to start the car (backing or foward). She should not have been there at all, & then should have complied with that officer.
3. The other ICE officer (who shot her) was in front of the car - not advisable, but he had the right to be there.
4. This event is the fault of Ms Good + the leftist, anti-ICE media, and whatever organizations are promoting all this anti-ICE hysteria, against what the majority of Americans voted for, and see as the right thing to do.
5. It is possible that the ICE officer who shot her might have been within his right to do that, even if her car never touched him, & even if she wasn't trying to run him over.
If the charges that could have been filed against her for
a. impeding ICE by blocking the street with her car
b. resisting arrest
c. whatever other crime might have been involved
could constitute felony degree, then the officer who fired his gun, could have used lethal force to stop her from fleeing, under the US Fleeing Felon Rule.
