Very curious. Why is the judge being so deferential to Cole Allen?

Ok. I get the fact that the defendant is presumed to be innocent in the eyes of the law. That’s as it ought to be.

But a window view? A judge telling jail officials how to secure a man who admitted that he was seeking to kill high level Adninistration officials? Really?

WTF is going on?

And why is the judge invoking the jail conditions under which J6 defendants were held while in jail?

I may be missing something. Any ideas?
Could have something to do with the fact this “judge” is the son of Pakistani immigrants.

Muslims should never be allowed to serve in government or any position of authority.
Same as homosexuals.

An apology shows bias and he should be dismissed

Because he hates Trump

They don't want him killed or dead like Epstein was in Trump's first administration, before justice could be done....before we could hear the facts.

I thought you were a lawyer and took an oath???
Why do you guys have to derail virtually every single thread with your Epstein nonsense?

Epstein was indicted in 2006 by a Palm Beach County grand jury.
Indicted again by the U.S. Attorney`s Office of the Southern District of New York in 2019.
Trump had nothing to do with either indictment.
Really who ran the DOJ in 2019??

Come on, I know you took a little civics....

I think judges in general get very annoyed when unscrupulous LEOs and prosecutors blab and brag in public too much.

Which is always, under this administration.

Wrong.

As always.

It’s not just a show to that judge.

And I don’t learn about it on TV. Unlike a shallow smooth brain like you, some of us actually read.
The judge is a Muzzie and has no proof of citizenship.

well yeah, it's very different....someone paroled, has been found guilty of a crime.

Someone found not guility by reason of insanity, is not guilty

But he still spent decades in custody. So distinction without a difference.

Hinckley spent 41 years in custody
Squeaky Fromme spent 34 years in custody
Sarah Jane Moore spent 32 years in custody

Being in a hospital getting medical care and weekend visits to your moms is not the same as being in a prison

Being found not guilty because of a mental health issue is not the same as being a radical leftist in a cult that tried to murder someone and being found guilty

I can certainly appreciate your argument that maybe they should be treated the same

I think the "judge" is afflicted with advanced stage Trump Derangement Syndrome.

He likely sympathizes with Cole Allen wishing it had been him who thought of the idea first.

Same as homosexuals.

The fact that muslims are bound to a legal system wholly incompatible with and directly competing against our constitutional rule of law should be grounds to bar any muslim from serving in any official capacity WITHIN our government.

I honestly think the left has convinced itself that violence against Trump, including attempted murderp, is only technically a crime or that it is a form of laudible civil disobedience.

The actual attackers, though, are extremely emotional, angry like a man cuckolded would be angry at his husband's side dick.

Besides being the guardian of Cole's comfort, this judge will find a way for the fame-seeker to speak publicly as much as possible, bending rules as needed for that purpose.

15th post
He didn't get family visits until the end of his treatment. The rest of the time, he was kept a maxium security facility with some true psychopaths.

Why am I talking to you again, Chippy?
He was in a state hospital with other people getting medical treatment, free to roam the beautiful camlus overlooking the Potomac River

The others you mentioned were in a prison

You are reading way too much into this.

The judge is taking precautions because the last thing any jurist would want is a high-profile defendant either being killed in jail or taking his own life.

I doubt that the Epstein case would have taken on the life that it has if Donald's pal Jeffrey hadn't taken his own.

No lawyer is going to let this kid within 100 feet of a microphone.

I also suspect that his defense attorney will try to argue some form of insanity. I don't think it would work legally because to reach the bar of legal insanity, you have to prove you didn't know what you were doing. His careful planning says otherwise.

BUt a DC Jury might buy it.

Is the judge giving him the same treatment those who threatened to kill Pence got?
The judge isn’t giving the alleged would-be assassin any treatment. Try to follow along.

And idle words about Pence don’t compare to an armed gunman trying to get to the Administration to shoot them. He did shoot a secret service agent, too.

Konnie, you’re a moron
