Well isn't this special and they were sent there before O screwball left office. Nothing to logical there.
 
While I do agree that the UN (and the US) have been pushing Russia's borders to get a reaction, I think this is more akin to usual exercises. They do this shit in Alaska constantly, and in fact we've even had the Russian's over here doing joint training mission 'simulations' against both North Korea and China. I've no doubt we do 'simulations' against Russia as well.
