So the US, under the "leadership" of trump, takes another giant leap into authoritarianism, and installing a right-wing theocracy to rule over a once-free people. They always go after women and LGBTs first, as we are considered expendable.
The US government has no business taking any stand on abortion, which is not an issue that legitimately involves government. It is purely ideological and there is no universal agreement.
I read the Guardian article. It does NOT include the actual "AGREEMENT"-----just the details that abortion
is not a guaranteed right at the EXPENSE of the state.
I cannot say if it includes other details which might
restrict RIGHT TO ABORTION----the article just does not include that information. Perhaps TAINTED could find the words of the actual agreement.
The Guardian is hardly a SOURCE----it is a sensationalist rag
The Trump Administration signed an anti-abortion
declaration with 32 member states in the United Nations on Thursday, many of which are authoritarian regimes or seen as flawed democracies, a move which drastically reframes U.S. foreign policy ahead of the presidential election.
Excluding the U.S., not one of the declaration’s co-signers ranks above 95th on Georgetown University’s Women, Peace and Security Index.

Attn. cyber-buddies. Meet penny. She is a health care worker and is obsessed with Israel. Her "Israel
obsession" is a perversion that she sucked, in infancy,
from the teat of her catechism whore. If she were
REALLY a health care worker, she would have some idea as to the Israeli policy on abortion-----in short---
it is available for REASON-----like any medical indication. The possible "medical indication" is so
liberal that the policy amounts to abortion on
demand. A woman can obtain an abortion on the
grounds that giving birth will render her very unhappy, or she already has lots of kids, or----just about any
other reason. As the 'international agreement'---there is, absolutely, no reason for Israel to take part
since its existing policy is already excellent.
FURTHERMORE----anyone claiming that it is an agreement to OUTLAW abortion----is a liar.
In some countries---abortion is FORCED or used as
a sick substitution for birth control. <<<<these
policies are BOTH grossly abusive. I have interviewed women from communist countries who have had as many as 5 or even ten abortions------having been COERCED into unwanted sex or denied simple birth
control devices. Abortion is not an ENTIRELY benign
procedure. It induces hormonal imbalances, sometimes physical damage and---VERY COMMONLY, EMOTIONAL DAMAGE to the secondary victim.
