Trump's drug related death toll will be much less, <200,000
2025 deaths are estimated at 50,000.
So even if that 2025 death rate holds steady Trump should be able to save at least 200,000 US lives over Biden's term, probably more.

No city planning, no zoning, no public services, bad schools, no parks, no public transportation

The highlight of these cities is the local WalMart and fine dining is Denny’s, Pizza Hut and maybe an Olive Garden
