Extensive public information campaign to alert and inform the public about the problem through education. Expanded access of Narcan by making it easily available and over the counter. Those were probably the biggest game changers that reversed the death toll. But you keep believing whatever propaganda you wish. Your own numbers attest to the fact he had a very posittove influence on the outcome.

The revisions in the data were for 2022 in your article. The Hill cites a decline in 2023.
