US government over 1 Trillion in Vacant real estate

US government has over 1 Trillion in Vacant real estate. Empty buildings sitting around everywhere. So why are we spending 280 Million dollars on some new Head quarters for some new Agency. Like we did in the last 28 Billion dollar Spending bill, when there is 1 Trillion worth of empty Government holdings sitting around as we speak.

Makes no damn sense at all.
