Honduran White Bat
The Honduran white bat is also known as the Caribbean white tent-making bat. This species of bat is found in Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and western parts of Panama. It is unique to all bats because they have completely white fur which is only found in six of the roughly 1,300 known species of bat. They also have a yellow leaf-shaped nose and ears, and a black membrane on their wings. Due to habitat loss, it is evaluated as near-threatened by the International Union for conservation of Nature.

Creatonotos gangis is a species of moth that lives in Southeast Asia and parts of Australia. Most of the time it looks like a normal moth with white wings and a red or yellow body. The odd things that are seen coming out of its abdomen are actually called coremata. Adult males inflate the glands to secrete pheromones to attract females for mating. The behavior is confusing and makes it look a bit like a sinister alien.
