Unprecedented: 16 former Trump officials openly oppose his re-election

There is no president in history that has had this many former officials in their administration openly oppose re-election of said president. The criticism itself is also high among each of them.

It is definitely indicative of how incompetent Trump really is as a leader.

Seems they him on very personal level and know what a total asshole he is.

I guess he knows 16 votes he won't be getting.

Time to move on.

Not a trial jury. You were talking about Grand Juries. Focus. Your argument, don't derail it yourself.
Don't try to sound so daft. There is no difference in the selection process. Both trial juries and grand juries are composed of randomly selected citizens representing a fair cross section of the community where the grand jury will convene. This is usually determined by the region or state in which the alleged crimes were committed and charged.
In other words if the state of New York files the charges then the grand jury pool will come from the state of New York. Same with Florida. Same with Georgia.
Now, anymore dumb questions?

No. You definitively established your ignorance.

Let's hear it then.

How so?
Let's hear your theory on how grand jurors are selected.
I'll wait.
Here's a hint - Defense lawyers not involved. Hence the ham sandwich. Your Google broken?

Did you not see the loon in Georgia that lead FatFuck Fanni's Grand Jury?

Even the TRump hating loons at CNN were shocked.

Still waiting for your explanation of how grand juror selection differs from trial juror selection....with hopefully a credible link to back it up.
No one is interested in your MAGAt cult "feelings" and/or opinion garbage.
Remember, not everyone is in your Trumpy cult.
Some of us still dwell in the factual world.
I'll continue to wait...or you can just admit you're a stereotypical MAGAt Trumptard and you just talk outta your ass about stuff you really don't know anything about.

No wonder you are a Biden worshiper. Which words did you not understand? Defense lawyers not involved in the jury selection process.

Have you never been on a jury, Are you like 12 years old?

Good GOD!
This is like talking to a four year old.
No, no defense attorneys are involved in the selection of grand jurors because, you see, at that point THERE ARE NO DEFENSE ATTORNEYS....because nobody has been charged with a crime yet.
The whole purpose of a grand jury is to review the evidence and vote whether to indict or not.
The FACT remains however that grand jury members are selected from the same random pool of registered voters in a given jurisdiction.
Just like trial jurors.
Perhaps you could try actually READING something in order to better educate yourself on topics you are trying to speak on?

Like trial jurors, grand jurors are citizens selected randomly from voter registrations and other sources. They may serve for up to 18 months but only need to appear in court for a few days out of every month. Regular trial juries consist of six or 12 people. In the federal system, a grand jury ranges from 16 to 23 people.

Unlike public criminal court proceedings, grand juries convene in secret. Grand juries proceed in strict confidence for two primary purposes:

  • Witnesses can speak without fear of retaliation.
  • It protects the potential defendant's reputation if the jury decides not to indict.
No judge, public defender, or criminal defense attorney is in the grand jury room when the prosecutor is presenting evidence. The prosecutor explains the law to the jury and works with them to gather evidence and hear witness testimony.

A prosecutor must not mislead the grand jury and should remain fair following the rules of evidence. The prosecutor's office is not permitted to present evidence obtained in violation of a defendant's constitutional rights. However, a grand jury can issue subpoenas and has broad power to see and hear almost anything the members would like.
