Thats pretty common with back issues.
I've had multiple nerve ablations for my back and hip none of them have done jackshit.
Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll score on the first shot but I wouldnt hold my breath.

Didn't you recently say you inherited a half mil or so? Pay your own way, they often give steep discounts for cash.

. It seems like everyday my will to live keeps diminishing
