That Reuters report if you notice said fragments from a Russian missile hit the building, key word FRAGMENTS because the Russian missile on it's way to the military target was hit by Ukrainian AA fire and the fragments hit the building, if that building had been the target there would be nothing left you arsehole, same thing probably happened with the Hospital in Kiev which was very close to the Ukrainian arms factory very close by and would have been bristling with Ukrainian AA systems, get your thinking cap on for once.
