The Ukrainians need to be careful. They are already underpowered. Unless they can get more boots in quick, they could be spreading themselves so thin that they become sitting ducks.

Wishful thinking aside, why would it be OK for the Ukies to take Russia but not for Russia to take Ukraine? Payback?

If there's any truth in this by the wildest stretch of the imagination, it's a very dark prognosis for the rest of the world.

Russia has the capability to ensure that it is never again defeated!

And fwiw, Russia has always been aware of what country is their enemy. Not just since this war started, but well before the end of WW2.

As much as I would like to think the Russians are failing in the Ukraine, it is just not possible that the Ukraine will take Russia for the same reason Russia is on the back foot in Ukraine. Logistics. Plus a lack of Political will.
