UK Supreme Court says legal definition of ‘woman’ excludes trans women, in landmark ruling

A little common sense is just as simple as that. I'm jealous they could accomplish something so straightforward and sensible as easily and clearly as they just did. I wish we still had that ability here.
What's sad is that they had to.

Very good ruling in my opinion, good to see some common sense every now and again. 😊

Abso-fucking-lutely breathtaking that a court ruling is required to make this elementary biological distinction.

Britain isn't going to make it...

you must have it easy with the government deciding for you what's true

Governments never lie anyway so why worry
😂

If you should not know: Someone who lies is able to say the truth - unintentionally. And lies are no sin at all. Nearly no one expects a true answer for example when someone asks "How do you do?". Nevertheless to be a liar is a political problem. If someone makes unintentionally a stupid decision then he is a bad politician. If someone makes intentionally a stupid decision then he is an evil politician.

The opposite of "to be a liar" is by the way "frankness". You could also say "germaness" because the Franks had been Germanics. This explains to you why almost every German despises Donald - the machine gun liar - Trump. The fact that he has German ancestors only increases the contempt for Donald Trump, the Brexit realizer.
