UPDATE: Milley just came back down. Says he just got off the phone with Gen. Mckenzie of @CENTCOM - bottom line is letter was a mistake - it was a draft letter that got sent around for coordination purposes. But there is no US troop movement out of Iraq.

I know, it's just a nice thought is all. In the end, Iraq will never let us leave. They like our money to much and they know Russia can't do shot for them and Iran is broke as fuck. No one is going anywhere.
