For example: The title of the CBS article was "What Bush knew before 9/11." THis is title to grasp the readers' attention. However later in the article it tells you that BUSH did NOT know this was going to happen. This thesis is confirmed by numerous government officials responsible for knowing, actually saying that this scenario was never excercised or dreamed possible....
