1. A. First if lawsuits pending in court are enough to order contested states to throw out ballots proven illegal or invalid,
and B. the reduced vote counts is enough to change the majority winner in enough states
then C. Trump could potentially flip enough states back to his original lead or
D. prevent Biden from getting to 270
It is still possible this approach may still leave Biden with 270
because it is not likely that complainants of fraud can meet legal court standards
on proving enough ballots were fraudulent
That would be very hard to identify enough votes in enough states
to throw out enough to change the votes to where Trump has more than Biden
2. The irregularities in voting and ballots cause some other rejection
of votes or counts, where neither Trump nor Biden receive 270.
And the decision goes to the House and Senate to vote on President and Vice President.
Since every State gets their representatives to cast 1 vote,
Trump could still win that way.
Or if the Electors for any other reasons
decide to cast votes in such a way that neither Trump nor Biden receive 270,
this could still happen even if the courts don't order any states to recount or void votes
in such a way as to change the outcome and affect the Electoral Votes.
The Electors could still choose to vote in a different way
than "winner take all" with Biden slated to receive 270 votes.
