Not at all depending on the circumstance. If you have a maniac with a knife, like the guy in Lancaster, Pa, who was a threat to his family, neighbors and whoever else encounters him then I would take him outWe're not talking legal ramifications here, we're simply establishing the fact that shooting someone in the back, is cowardly.
