Twitter Fact Checks trump's Tweets. Labels Two As Misleading

Trump stated this himself.

It’s been common wisdom that higher voter turnout benefits Dems. As is often the case, common wisdom isn’t particularly correct.
Of course high turnout benefits Dems. With millions of legal and illegal aliens voting, both of whom are ineligible. Only reason Hillary got anywhere near the vote total she got.

This is a false statement. Trump went looming for millions of illegal votes and didn’t find much. Just ask his Ego Protection Comission.

trump went off on a tirade against mail in voting again. This time on Twitter. He posted a bunch of lies.

Twitter labeled them as misleading. They should come out and say it's a lie because what he tweeted is a lie.

How fucking stupid is Twatter.

Jesus.

.

Not as stupid as your average Trump voter.

They didn’t commit libel. Attempting to threaten legal action is a threat to free speech, such as a SLAPP suit and is disgraceful.
Making a false statement in writing, about somebody, which causes damage to that person in some way, IS LIBEL. This fits the definition. You stand CORRECTED.

What did they say was false? Furthermore, you have to prove actual malice.

Lets be honest, Trump just wants to suppress free speech he doesn’t like because he’s a thug. He’s done it before and demonstrates he does not respect our most basic freedoms.

1. No, you don't have to prove malice. 3 things need to be present for libel or slander.. False, damaging, and spoken to a 3rd party.

2. What they said that was false, was that Trump's words were false They were not. Everything he said was true, and they have no evidence to refute it. In fact, Trump didn't go far enough in condemning mail-in voting. Much more could be said about it that he didn't say.
For instance, millions of already deported illegal aliens could continue to vote, even from the foreign country they're in, just by mailing their ballots to the US. A deported illegal could vote in a US election from south Mexico, hundreds of miles away from the US, with no accountability at all. Trump should have mentioned that also.

As for your Trump thug talk, we all know you're deeply programmed by CNN, MSNBC Washington Post, and other leftist media. No need to give us a performance.

Good God! You don't even know that millions of legal and illegal aliens are voting, and have been doing so for decades ? See folks ? This is what I mean about information-deprived liberals, victims of liberal OMISSION media. They only watch that trash, and thus walk around oblivious to things we conservatives have known for decades.

EARTH TO COLFAX: Illegal votes wouldn't be found by any Commission because:
1. Many states (typically blue ones) refused and didn't report to the Commission.
2. Alien votes cannot be discovered, because no state has a requirement for proof of CITIZENSHIP to vote.

Try watching Newsmax TV to get the mountains of information you're being deprived of in leftist media. No charge for the tutoring.

New York Times vs Sullivan.

Differences of opinion cannot be considered libel. Trump’s tweet was just his opinion and is not “true”.

Trump is a thug. I showed you his actions. They speak for themselves. You don’t want to see it. Willful ignorance.

So you’re claiming something exists for which you have no evidence?

No, Trump's statements are FACT. Twitter committed libel and should be sued for it.
Just the fact that already deported illegal aliens could illegally vote by mail from their foreign countries is enough to substantiate Trump's criticism. Twitter does not have a leg to stand on here.

As for "ignorance ". That is YOU, obviously, as I showed in posts 103 & 105.

Trump has an “opinion” that is false

That is what was pointed out

What he posted is meant to poison the water, so to speak.

The fact check supplies actual facts about his post, including the fact that some of his facts aren't.

Especially from the Russians

Especially from the Russians
Ha ha. Can you believe it ? They're still sputtering about the "Russians". I wonder where that obsession came from. Hey guys. Russian cold war ended 30 years ago. Pheeew!
And the facts of Russian collusion now point against Hillary, the DNC, Obama admin. Haven't heard ? Oh that's right - you watch CNN.

Whats telling is that Trump isn’t even claiming libel. If he were, he’d just sue them and he clearly has no problems doing that for others.

But Trump is threatening federal regulations to harm Twitter. To shut them down.

This would be unconstitutional and demonstrates just how unfit he is for office.

Anyway, I’ve already demonstrated your ignorance but you‘ve cut out those sections of my reply for you to ignore, unsurprisingly.
