In 2020, I went to bed about 2am. Trump was well ahead and coasting to victory. When I woke up at 7am, the TV informed me that Biden had won, despite no votes being counted after I went to sleep in several states. It was mathematically impossible for that to happen without cheating taking place.

You obviously never heard of spin. I never said it wasn't true, but the WP is well-known for asserting their political views through the way they frame a story. Were they supportive or outraged at Italy and Spain's conduct? Did they say what they will do when we pull our military bases out of Spain and Italy, of which there are many? Why do we need them there if the country will not allow their use?

If I were Trump, I would begin steps to remove our bases from their land and restrict our activities in NATO until they relent. I would also increase any all tariffs associated with their countries. I spent more time in Spanish and Italian ports than just about any other. Not being there will have to hurt!
