That does not make the analysis incorrect.Section 7.3 of The Principles of Medical Ethics With Annotations Especially Applicable to Psychiatry (sometimes called “The Goldwater Rule”) explicitly states that psychiatrists may share expertise about psychiatric issues in general but that it is unethical for a psychiatrist to offer a professional opinion about an individual based on publicly available information without conducting an examination.
This is not 1 or 2 medical experts, it is over 200 of them. You don't think they know that rule? and yet and in spite of the rule, they came up with that evaluation, meaning that if they are proven wrong, it would affect their reputation as medical EXPERTS. Evidently, they are not worried about being proven wrong,
