verdict.The guy looks a perfect match to play a very old,cold-hearted
gypsy in the horror flick - Thinner -{ 1996 }which was written by

Then writes a 92 pg. explanation.
Most any judge worth their salt keeps things brief.
Sometimes short but sweet.No need for Ad Hominem Lawyering

Nope, reports at the time were that such Civil Trials are bench trials under New York State law and precedent. He didn't decide it on his own.

Now FPOTUS#45's lawyers could have requested a jury trial, nothing stopped them. If they had, there would have been motions and a hearing. Based on precedent it would have been denied. Then they could have filed an interlocutory appeal to the appellate level court for review delaying the trial.

But they didn't ask.
