There is no proof that Trump illegally took ANY documents. The FBI went thru them all on June 3rd.
I think the fight is by the National Archive who wants control of ALL the documents, and I don't know how many they are legally entitled to. Obama gave his 30m documents to the National Archive in Chicago. They are NOT in Obama's library.

I don't think anyone objects to any Trump documents going to the National Archive if that is legally required. The Trump team was cooperating as of June 3rd.
What has everyone really pissed is that instead of negotiating which documents go where, the FBI swarmed into MAL with 30 armed agents and a criminal search warrant.

In fact it is literally impossible that any document Trump took as president could be classified, as the POTUS has the power to declassify any document.

This is a new level of stupidity by our openly corrupt DOJ.

The Law is very clear, except for what are personal and what are public records.

That's probably why they take so long to negotiate. So Trump must be claiming that his records are all personal.

Also, that law is NOT a criminal statute. That's why Sandy Berger got no punishment for stealing documents.

We know Trump's foundation, corporation and university were all found guilty of crimes.

With Xiden's open borders and 13,000,000 migrants all over the US soon to be snuck onto voter rolls, the dems are going for 1-party socialism. Trump was the big fly in the ointment. Someone they couldn't control.

The FBI keep doing whatever the democrats tell them to do.

3. The FBI can keep investigating Trump, they won't get anywhere. The evidence all points to the Biden Crime Family. Such as the banks alerting the FBI about suspicious money transfers. Then there is Hunter's laptop, full of crimes and evidence. Then there is a real whistleblower, Mr. Bobulinsky's testimony. So the FBI is choosing to frame a non-criminal instead of prosecuting real criminals.

4. You keep saying Trump committed crimes, but no one has indicted him for anything. So there are no crimes committed by Trump, until there are.

5. The FBI is NOT doing its job. We have dozens of FBI agents (whistleblowers) willing to testify to that FACT.
