No, he repaid Cohen for his payments to Daniels and McDougal, plus enough beyond that to pay the tax on the 'legal fees' income. That was slightly above a $400k one off. In essence, it's an equal payment. This is not to mention the fact that there is no logical motive for a lawyer to pay his client's hush money out of pocket, given that Cohen had no personal relationship with either women. There is only one inescapable conclusion, it was a scheme designed to hide it from the electorate --i.e., hush money from Trump to the women, with Cohen as the conduit for the flow of money. This will be easy to prove in court.

However, that act is not illegal. The misrepresentation in their business records is a misdemeanor, which as expired under NY's statute of limitations, UNLESS, Bragg can tie the misdemeanor to a felony, such as election fraud in NY, and the statute of limitations hasn't passed due to tolling. I agree on the point that this case should not be prosecuted, and Bragg should either prosecute on the same charges levied against Trump org, or just defer to GA and DOJ investigations and their potential indictments.

As far as Chauvin is concerned, if you bothered to actually READ the autopsy report, there was no sign that anything Chauvin did could have cut off Floyds air or blood supply, so another total fail. Chauvin, ass that he may be, was a sacrificial lamb railroaded through just to appease the rampaging n*gg*rs and now Chauvin will get an appeal and be acquitted.

Only one guilty of really doing anything to Floyd was Floyd himself---- had the lying, stealing, felonious counterfeiting woman-beating druggie piece of dirt simply cooperated with police that day, he would still be alive and well today.
