I watched all of the Mayberry shows and spinoffs. Found it amazing that Gomer (Jim Nabors) had such a singing voice. Listen at 4 minutes into clip. The Impossible Dream.

Also very unrealistic. Anyone who has ever had firearms training in USMC boot camp knows that EVERY ROUND on that range is accounted for. We spent two hours searching Edson Range at Camp Pendleton for one lost piece of brass. I just shook my head when that movie tried to push that BS.
